Renovation of a municipal facility in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for providing a storefront remodel to the Cherokee Nation WW Keeler Courthouse located in Cherokee County. To schedule a site visit, please contact Sonja Glory at 918-931-9181. All questions or requests for interpretation of the bid must be submitted in written format to Cherokee Nation Acquisition Management. Requests maybe e-mailed to michelle-parsons@cherokee.org. Wage Rate Requirements: All laborers and mechanics employed by contractors and subcontractors shall be paid wages at rates not less than those prevailing on projects of character similar in the locality as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act. Bid Acceptance: Bids will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders. Cherokee Nation reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Cherokee Nation reserves the right to determine if a bid meets stated requirements, and to award a purchase order for the bid that is in the best interest of the Cherokee Nation including but not limited to the total cost and capability of the bidder. Bidders are responsible for any and all costs associated with the preparation and submission of bids. To be considered, bids must be received by the specified date and time; any bid received after stipulated date and time will be returned unopened. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after proposal due date. Provide quote for Cherokee Nation (CN) Courthouse Building Renovation per all attached drawing, (note; provide and install closer on door). Field verify all dimensions and Location of wall will be provided at site. Also include construction schedule. Coordinate all work with CN P&D and CN Courthouse as to not impact their daily activities. Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and manpower necessary to deliver complete project per attached drawing and this Scope of Work. All work shall comply with current industry standards and follow all OSHA and Cherokee Nation Safety Policies. Contractor shall clean up his work in such a manner as to maintain safe working conditions on the project, including but not limited to excess material, lunch trash, and dirt and debris on streets and sidewalks. All trash generated from this Contractor's work, or its' forces shall be removed by the Contractor's own forcesand Contractor's equipment. Trash shall be placed in an on-site dumpster provided by Contractor. Any waste that requires special disposal such as concrete, metal or hazardous waste will be disposed of by Contractor and not placed in the on-site dumpster. Debris placed in the dumpster must fit within the confines of the dumpster. If after a 24 hours notice Contractor fails to clean-up trash, then the Owner (CN) may clean up the trash and the cost thereof shall be charged to the Contractor.
