Landscaping, planting, topsoil, seed, and mulch. 2. Parking Improvements: a. Parking lot expansion to include barrier free spaces, and trailer parking. b. (2) Crosswalks and pavement markings. c. Loading / drop-off zone. 3. Kayak Launch & Miscellaneous Site Amenities. a. (1) 8'x16' ADA accessible kayak launch and (1) 8'x16' floating dock including 4' wide gangway with bench/viewing area. b. Kayak wash station and cleaning tools c. Dredge approximately 95 CYD of submerged logs and debris for better kayak access. To include 1,100' turbidity curtain. 4. Bathroom Building: a. Prefabricated building, approximately 190 SF, containing two bathrooms and mechanical room to be supplied. ADA and Barrier Free compliance. b. Plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and lighting services and connections to be supplied by conractor Question Deadline 02/18/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
