As of August 26, 2024 project was awarded to Harbor Springs Excavating, awarded amount is $993,353.82. The Project consists of; the installation of 1,563 LF of 6-inch water main, valves, services, connection to existing main and abandonment of existing water. Installation of 231 LF of 1.5-inch and 1,423 LF of 3-inch force main, valves, services, connection to existing main and abandonment of existing services, temporary sewer service, paving and restoration. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Document note - Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available for download (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable charge of $0.00 zero dollars. Requests for bid documents are to be submitted to Tim Korson by email at tnkorson@goslingczubak.com. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
