The required services to be provided are life safety fire protection systems inspection monitoring and maintenance at the Waco Center for Youth facility Services required include but not limited to: The contractor shall provide annual inspection of the fire protection systems. These inspections will include annual inspections of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, backflow devices and private fire hydrants including parts labor and fees as per SOW and Exhibit H - Device Count. The Contractor shall provide three (3) quarterly inspections of the fire alarm, fire sprinkler and fire control systems. The Contractor shall provide repairs as needed, install new components as needed, supply spare parts for sprinklers, backflows, pull stations, alarms, connections, vent hoods, extinguishers. contractor shall furnish reports of inspections for each visit - ensuring that all buildings at the facility are compliant with all existing rules and regulations. By submitting a Response to this Solicitation, Bidder agrees that its Response will remain a firm and binding offer for at least the period of time, 240 days, as stated in the HHS Solicitation Affirmations (Exhibit A).
