The City requires a supplier for supply and delivery of Performance Graded Asphaltic Cement to the City of Regina Asphalt Plant in the Materials Yard . This procurement also has an option to supply the performance graded asphaltic cement with warm mix additives as per the terms and conditions of the competition.
