Last Day for Questions February 9, 2024 4:00 PM The Village Center Community Development District is requesting bids for Amberwood & Chula Vista Executive Golf Course Renovations. Qualified firms wishing to respond for ITB #24B-013 Amberwood & Chula Vista Executive Golf Course Renovations, must provide all labor, services, equipment, and materials described in this document, whether directly or through sub-contractors/sub-consultants. This does not, however, limit the use of sub- contractors or sub-consultants. The intent of this project is to procure a qualified, professional Contractor for the renovation of a golf course who has ten (10) years of experience with projects of similar size and scope. Contractor shall provide a Turnkey job. The intent of this project involves improvements and renovations to the Amberwood and Chula Vista Executive Golf Courses. This project includes but is not limited to, new greens, tees, fairways, and regrassing of the course. Work on this project will begin upon the awarded Contractors receipt of Notice to Proceed. Completion is expected within 180 calendar days after the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The completion date may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances with the approval of the District. Successful Contractor will be responsible for all work according to the attached plans to include all materials, labor, and permitting required to complete the project in a timely and professional manner. Successful Contractor and any subcontractors will be required to attend a pre-construction meeting after the bid award is approved by the District and the Agreement has been executed by all parties.
