Renovation of a municipal facility in Llano, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
By order of the Commissioners Court of Llano County, Texas, Llano County is currently seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the following projects: Hwy 71 Annex Roof Replacement The Removal of 12,000 sq. ft. of PBR metal Panel roof Detaching and Resetting of Ridge Vent Replacing 6-5" Rain caps, storm collar and roofjacks Detaching and Resetting of Gutters and Downspouts The Removing and Replacing of all enclosures to prevent weather and nature from entering To include a dumpster or removal of all necessary waste To keep a clean and safe work environment for all employees on site Remove and Replace Gable trim Remove and Replace Aluminum sidewall/end wall flashing Remove and replace eave trim Removing only what materials need to be removed at a time in case of inclement weather Contractor shall be responsible for protecting building and contents in such cases as mentioned above Questions regarding the specifications, bid process, approval of bids, and acceptance should be directed to: Kelly Eckhardt, Llano County Auditor(325) 247-3783 Or Jeremy Vick, Project Coordinator (325) 248-8879
