Questions regarding the specifications, bid process, approval of bids, and acceptance should be directed to: Kelly Eckhardt, Llano County Auditor (325) 247-3783 Or Jeremy Vick, Project Coordinator (325) 248-8879 o The removal and replacement of 1,300 sq. ft. copper panel- flat seam o Remove and replace synthetic underlayment o Detach and replace ornamental iron cresting where needed o Remove and Replace Copper ridge or hip approx. 1017 sq. ft. o Prime & paint decorative copper tops o Remove and Replace Roof finial (left elevation) o Install new vent pipe cap, flashing, collar 4" o Gravity roof ventilator 18" o Replace pipe jacks lead o Replace Roof mount power attic vent o Valley metal approx. 192 sq. ft. o Counter flashing-apron flashing approx. 64 sq. ft. o Remove and Replace Chimney flue cap o Remove and Replace Chimney Flashing o Replace all slate tile that is either broken or in need of replacing o To include dumpster or removal of all necessary waste o To keep a clean and safe work environment
