Liquidated Damages: Time is of the essence regarding the performance of all Work. If the Contractor fails to achieve Substantial Completion on or before the date agreed upon contract award, Contractor shall pay to the Owner, as liquidated damages, $250 per day for each calendar day that Substantial Completion is delayed thereafter.
