The City of Ballwin seeks bids from qualified contractors for a "2024 Concrete Slabs" (the "Project") in the City of Ballwin, Missouri. The City of Ballwin will affirmatively assure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this Notice to Contractors, qualified minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, familial status, national origin or political affiliation. Offices are open between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Proposed construction for the Project will consist generally of: the removal of the existing asphalt overlay, removal of selected concrete pavement, sawing existing pavement where indicated, forming, placement, and finishing the 6" thick non reinforced air entrained Portland cement concrete sections on a new four (4) inch aggregate base at the specified locations throughout the City of Ballwin, sidewalk replacement and construction of ADA curb ramps. Joints shall be constructed and sealed per St. Louis County Standard Specification for Highway Construction, matching the existing locations in the City of Ballwin (the "Work").
