Proposed construction for the Project will consist generally of: Grading, utilities, stormwater improvements, installation of playground safety surface, shade structures, and some play equipment, installation of a water play feature, concrete sidewalks, stacked stone walls, modular block retaining walls, asphalt pavement patching and landscape planting in the Schroeder Park play area. (the "Work"). The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City. Attention of the bidders is directed to the requirement that Work on the Project shall be substantially complete no later than November 21, 2025, following written notice to the Contractor to proceed.
