The Progressive-design-builder Shall Provide High-quality Services Including Validation, Scheduling, Phasing Logistics, Collaboration With the Design Consultants, Manage and Estimate Design Budgets and Design Contingency Solutions, Direct Construction Best-practices, Organize Design Investigative Work and Provide Assistance in the Selection of Materials and Building Systems, Solicit and Manage Subcontractor Bid Packages and Supplier Bidding. The Project Consists of an Approximately 115,000 Sq. Ft. Addition to the Existing Convention Center Including Exhibit Hall Space, Public Lobby Areas, Back of House Support Spaces, and Administrative Space. The Design-builder Shall Provide High-quality Construction Services to Safely Deliver a Superior Project That Comprises the Full Scope of Program Needs Set by Kpfd That is on Time and on Budget. Validation is expected to begin in April 2024, and be complete in July 2024. Design is expected to begin in July 2024, and be complete in April 2025. Construction is expected to begin by January 2025, and must be complete by July 2026
