Questions Deadline: 2/8/2024 03:00 PM (PT) SCOPE: It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for the Bonneville Transit Center (BTC) HVAC Improvements Project. In accordance with the bid specifications and conditions, the work includes, but is not limited to the replacement of the three existing roof mount and one interior, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems with all associated components and supporting systems at BTC site. This site is located at 101 East Bonneville, Las Vegas, NV 89101. FEDERAL FUNDS: This project is 80% federally funded. The RTC has established a mandatory DBE goal 12.3% Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the Bid response and document submission. TITLE VI SOLICITATION NOTICE: The RTC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
