Installation and maintenance of erosion control devices. 2. Demolition and disposal of existing asphalt walkway surfaces. 3. Potential removal and disposal of concrete footings from previous modular classrooms by contract allowance. See sketch of modular classroom locations from 1997, 2001. 4. Site grading to establish subgrade for structural concrete slab and sidewalk. 5. Outdoor Classroom (EnWood Structure) will be purchased separately by Owner. Contractor shall receive structure onsite and be prepared to unload delivery of materials. 6. Erection of Outdoor Classroom including footings as detailed on EnWood Plan S2. Contractor shall supply rebar materials called for in footing detail. 7. Construct concrete slab and sidewalk. 8. Install gutter system on structure and roof drain connection to existing 24" RCP. 9.
