Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tate Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For furnishing labor and material required for the resurfacing of Moore Road, between Crane School House Road and Bethel New Richmond Road, and blacktopping the Cemetery Shelter House parking lot. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder as determined by the Township Trustees. Bids are to be submitted on a unit price basis. Attention is directed to the special statutory provisions (R.C. 4115.03, et. seg.) governing the prevailing rate of wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics employed on public improvements. No bid will be considered which is for a greater sum than the estimated cost, nor unless it be accompanied by a bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid price to guarantee that if said bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance of it properly secured by bond. The Board of Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
