Renovation of a road / highway in Noel, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.
The City of Noel requests qualifications for engineering services and subsequent engineering design services and construction inspection services to assist in a proposed project to be partially financed with ARPA funds. The project consists of renovations of two of the three continuous burnt-out buildings on Main Street. These two buildings will be repurposed for several new business openings on Main Street. Information provided to the City of Noel must include: 1.The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the project. 2.The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within a period of three years. 3.The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules. 4.The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located; and References from previous clients of related work with the firm within the past two years. 5. Documentation of compliance with E-Verify requirements. The firm will be selected based on the above qualifications. The ability to begin work in a reasonable time frame and above shall receive primary consideration.
