The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for Electrical Services Job Order Contracting (JOC) on an as needed basis where work is of a recurring nature but the delivery times, type, and quantities of work required are indefinite. LISD is currently composed of approximately 80 facilities, which from time to time requires repair, maintenance, and replacement of electrical item(s) providing power to the schools, classrooms and any other areas. This solicitation specifically includes, but is not limited to, Electrical Services and other related products and services. Subsequent quoted pricing pursuant to this solicitation shall include all costs in order to provide a completed, turn-key project as required by LISD. The initial term for this contract shall be for two years. The District may renew the contract annually for not more than five years in total including the original term.
