Lewisville Independent School District (Lewisville ISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) Job Order Contract (JOC) contracts to provide Stage and Theater Supplies and Repairs. Services are to include, but not limited to, installation, relocation, replacement, assembly of, addition to, use or maintenance , and safety inspections of any stage and theater equipment. This proposal will also cover the purchases of equipment, products, and supplies used by LISD.Pricing shall include all costs, but not limited to, set up fees (mobilization), materials, labor, and shipping and handling to provide a completed project as required. Each job will be turnkey. 5/15/2024 12:00 AM (CT) Non-Participation (Tentative) Effective Date of Award The district may require additional unspecified items that vendor's may offer such as supplies/products during the term of this contract. Some vendors may not provide a service, but are needed to provide products/supplies for our stage and theater productions. Please indicate the percentage discount the district may apply to vendor's published catalog price or manufacturer's list price. All supplies, products, and equipment will be F.O.B. destination. All interested vendors including sole source providers, are highly encouraged to respond to this request for proposal. This proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 2/20/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT) The initial term of this proposal shall be for approximately 2 years with two (2) successive two (2) year extensions based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees. Initial Anticipated Contract Period: May 2024 - May 2026 Tentative Second Term/Renewal: May 2026 - May 2028 Tentative Final Term: May 2028 - May 2030
