Renovation of a data center facility in Lewisville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 49,000 students and 6,400 staff members. Lewisville ISD is soliciting cooperative quotes for Data Center Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Replacement to support its networking infrastructure. This project includes UPS units in two of the District's Data Centers that are aging and need to be replaced. These units are crucial for the reliable operation of the District's critical business systems. New UPS units will ensure the continued reliability of those systems. The District is requesting specific equipment, software, licensing, installation, setup, and all related costs for a turn-key vendor provided solution. Vendors are asked to adhere to the specifications on the quotes. All quotes must be pursuant to an LISD eligible cooperative contract from a cooperative that LISD is a member of (a list of which is provided as an attachment). Any electrical work may be considered a public work and is specifically excluded. See the LISD RFQ document for additional details. Questions Deadline: 3/4/2024 12:00 PM (CT)
