Renovation of a civil project in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project includes the construction of a potable water booster pump station with four 800 gallon per minute horizontal split case pumps and a backup power generator, site work including grading and stormwater improvements, approximately 1,400 linear feet of water main along Truman Avenue, and miscellaneous other utilities and site improvements as shown on the plans. The City of Richland, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
