Renovation of a power facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
- Remove abandoned equipment, associated piping, controls, Electrical, and support in ceiling space. - Replace existing fluid cooler and pumps. - Install (2) new computer room air conditioner in ceiling in Computer lab and (2) new condensing units on the roof. - Adjust existing controls to have heat pump enabled fluid Cooler. - Cooling in room 2-107 must remain operational through Construction. Energy Northwest, a joint operating agency and municipal corporation in the State of Washington, invites Bids for the building 26 HVAC Liebert upgrades at Columbia Generating Station (Columbia) as described herein, from qualified Bidders. Bidder will be selected in accordance with Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 43.52.560. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) 709850 is subject to prevailing wage requirements pursuant to chapter 39.12 RCW. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Questions due by February 28, 2024, no later than 1300 (Local time, Richland Washington).
