Project 2 Scope of Work 1) Jason Lee Elementary School - Includes selective demo, interior walls and finishes, windows, doors and minor electrical and mechanical revisions. 2) White Bluffs Elementary School - Includes selective demo, patching interior walls and finishes, windows, doors and minor electrical and structural revisions. 3) Chief Joseph Middle School – Includes selective demo, new vestibule and canopy with site and structural work, interior walls and finishes, windows, doors and minor electrical and mechanical revisions. 4) 1219 Thayer – Includes selective demo, interior walls and finishes, windows, doors and minor electrical and mechanical revisions. Bid security by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid amount shall be submitted with the understanding that if bid is accepted, Bidder will enter into a formal contract with Richland School District No. 400 in accordance with the form of agreement and that the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be provided. The right to reject any or all bid proposals, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein is reserved by Richland School District No. 400.
