Renovation of a municipal facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
If the Bidder finds discrepancies, omissions, or is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the contract documents, Bidder MUST submit a WRITTEN request for clarification or interpretation using Request for Information (RFI) form at online. Inquiries: All inquiries shall be sent to: kaitee.thomason@pnnl.gov The 350 building is located at 350 Ash St., Richland WA. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and subcontracts necessary to replace four rooftop packaged heat pump units at 350 building. The four new heat pumps are Battelle Furnished Contractor Installed (BFCI). This work includes the following: o Demolish the four (4) existing rooftop packaged heat pumps and roof curbs. o Demolish associated disconnects, breakers, and receptacles. o Install the four (4) Battelle furnished heat pumps and roof curbs. Reconnect to existing ductwork. o Provide controllers and sensors serving each heat pump package for a complete and functional installation. o Provide disconnect, breakers, and receptacles. o Provide factory startup for Battelle furnished heat pumps. o Provide testing and balancing of mechanical systems. o Provide walkway system to re-work walkway around replacement heat pumps.
