Community Center - RTU-3 & 5 Replacement. 9955 Grubbs Road - Wexford PA. a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Determination Will Be in Effect and Bound Within the Project Manual Supplied to Qualified Bidders. Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Proposed Contract Value Shall Be Included Within the Bid Package. a Performance, Labor and Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Proposed Contract Value Will Be Required for the Successful Bidder. The Township of Pine Reserves the Right to Determine the Best Responsible Bidder and Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Technicality or Formality Therein. Last day for question submissions is February 8 th at 2:00 pm. The Work includes HVAC equipment supply and installation and associated selective demolition, plumbing & electrical work associated with the installation of HVAC equipment, as described within the Construction Documents.
