McCandless-Franklin Park Ambulance Authority (MFPAA) hereby announces this solicitation for bids for a garage door replacement project, for our sub-station facility located at 2533 EMS Lane, Franklin Park, PA 15090. Interested parties are asked to contact the ambulance office to request bid specifications by phone at 412-367-5883 or by email at michele.gnoth@mfpaa.org. All bids must be based on the following specifications: 1. Replace two (2) existing garage doors and related hardware/components 2. Contractor will advise and seek approval from building owner for any unforeseen changes or additions found necessary throughout the project 3. Minimum 1-year labor and material warranty 4. Performance Bond Required 5. One Row of Large Windows per Garage Door 6. Remote Openers 7. Certificate of Insurance Required
