Renovation of a residential development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Contractor will provide all material and labor to complete the window replacement work detailed herein and within any applicable attachments most specifically within Attachments L through L-1. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Complete window replacement, mobilization/demobilization, rigging/scaffolding/site access, cleaning and sealing of existing panel at window head, flashing, sealant, insulation, new trim, sheetrock repairs, touch-up painting, removal and replacement of blinds.
