The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals for professional architectural and engineering ("AE") services for a new Community Health and Wellness Center Project ("Project"). The selected firm will work with the City's Community Health and Wellness Center Project Team, comprised of City staff and stakeholders, Feasibility Consultant, and a Construction Management firm to provide schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration services for a new facility at 9801 Penn Ave. in the City of Bloomington. The City intends to use a Construction Manager Agency ("CMA") construction process. The City intends to issue an RFP for CMA services following the selection of the AE. Please see the two attachments to the RFP. Question Deadline: Thu Feb 29, 2024 5:00 PM (CST) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
