Roof Replacement at Tanner High School Old Band Room- 1. NEW ROOF SYSTEM- OLD MBR SYSTEM TO REMAIN IN PLACE 2. Clean roof of all loose granules. 3. Cut out and patch any blisters 4. Remove existing gutters, downspouts and gravel guard 5. Remove existing fascia metal cover 6. Install new 1.5" polyisocyanurate insulation in low rise foam adhesive 7. Install new 1/2 ' HD polyisocyanurate cover board in low rise foam adhesive 8. Install new wood nailers at perimeter to match insulation & cover board thickness 9. Install new fully adhered .060 TPO 10. Install new 24 ga. TPO coated edge metal 11. Install new 24 ga. Pre-finished 6" ogee gutter & 4" x 5" downspouts with new concrete splash blocks 12. Install new 24 ga. Prefinished fascia metal 13. Provide Owner with a 5 year State of Alabama General Contractor's Roofing Warranty 14. Provide Owner with a 20 year NDL TPO manufacturer warranty including 1" hail coverage. 15.
