Selzer-Ornst is tasked with securing all Subcontractors for these improvement projects. MPS is planning to utilize the ESSER III Relief funds to provide building improvements, including but not limited to; renovations to and Testing and Balancing (TAB) of mechanical systems, mechanical system upgrades plus associated plumbing and electrical work, water bottle filling station upgrades, exterior sitework to develop outdoor classrooms, replacing windows, carpet and flooring. These renovations will directly improve ventilation throughout the buildings. Water fountains will be replaced, to lessen the spread of germs by installing bottle filling stations.
