As of March 1. 2024. project was awarded to Doolittle Construction, LLC for the awarded amount of $186,575.59. 2024 Slurry Seal Project All bidders must be prequalified and all prequalification. Engineers estimate: $143,800 In the event the Bidder is awarded the Contract and shall fail to complete the work within the time limit or extended time limit agreed upon, as more particularly set forth in the Contract Documents, liquidated damages shall be paid the City of Pendleton, Oregon, at the rate of one percent (1%) per calendar day of the price of contract work not yet completed, or $500.00 per calendar day, whichever is greater, for work not completed by June 28, 2024. Sundays and legal holidays shall be excluded in determining days of default. Work to be performed consists of slurry sealing approximately 42,301 SY and 988 LF of striping on identified sections of City of Pendleton streets. The work shall include all work necessary to perform cleaning, traffic control, slurry seal application, replacement striping, and other incidental work in order to slurry seal the designated project streets
