Project Description: Epoxy Flooring Installation at the Fire Headquarters on 801 Market Street. Location of Work: Fire Headquarters 801 Market Street, Wilmington, NC Scope of Work: Removal of Existing Flooring Removal of Existing Lvt Tile & Carpet Tile and Properly Dispose. Remove and Replace All Cove Base Molding New Cove Base Shall Be Either Rubber or Vinyl and 4 in Height. Color to Be Determined by Owner. Prepare All Surfaces for Epoxy Coating System. Properly Prepare All Flooring Areas Per Manufacture Specifications. Epoxy Color Options to Be Presented to and Determined by Owner. Installation of Epoxy Flooring With Anti-slip Properties Anti-slip Properties Should Last for the Entire Lifespan of Epoxy Flooring. Complete All Necessary Asbestos Testing. Provide a Copy of Any Asbestos Testing Reports to the Owner. The City of Wilmington Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
