Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marysville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education of the Marysville Exempted Village School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of two air-cooled water chillers and related work. Communications and submissions shall be directed to the Architect: John B. Kerr, P.E., Partner (Hereinafter referred to as iArchitecti) Roger D. Fields Associates 4588 Kenny Road Columbus, Ohio 43220-2777 614-451-2248 E-mail: JKerr@RDFA.com Bid package is a single prime bid. Contractor shall install Owner-furnished chillers at the Creekview Intermediate School located at 2000 Creekview Drive, Marysville, OH 43040. Contractor to receive/unload chillers at the site and install outside to replace the existing single chiller. Connect to piping on site and extend to new chillers. Expand concrete pad as needed. Expand chain link fence as needed. Provide new chiller controller, new control valves, bypass valve, and all associated controls. Tie new BAS items into existing building automation system (BAS). Disconnect and reconnect electrical connections for chillers. Include start-up and testing. Upgrade BAS graphics for new chillers and controls. Estimated Cost of Construction: $450,000.00 March 26, 2024: Award of contract
