The Board of Education of the Marysville Exempted Village School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of two air-cooled water chillers and related work. Contractor shall install Owner-furnished chillers at the Creekview Intermediate School located at 2000 Creekview Drive, Marysville, OH 43040. Contractor to receive/unload chillers at the site and install outside to replace the existing single chiller. Connect to piping on site and extend to new chillers. Expand concrete pad as needed. Expand chain link fence as needed. Provide new chiller controller, new control valves, bypass valve, and all associated controls. Tie new BAS items into existing building automation system (BAS). Disconnect and reconnect electrical connections for chillers. Include start-up and testing. Upgrade BAS graphics for new chillers and controls.
