THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELIZABETH, located at 688 Maple Avenue, Elizabeth NJ 07202, the awarding authority (hereinafter referred to as” the Authority”) will receive SEALED BIDS for: Bathroom Renovations Administration Building THE BID OPENING will be held at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern prevailing time), on, Tuesday, September 10, 2024 in the Conference Room of the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELIZABETH, Administration Building, located at 688 Maple Avenue, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07202. No late bids will be accepted. Bidding documents, including plans and specifications, may be obtained at the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELIZABETH, Administrative Building. Bid packages will not be mailed out. They must be picked up in person. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 11:00a.m. (eastern prevailing time), on Tuesday, August 27th at the H.A.C.E. Administration Building located on 688 Maple Ave. Elizabeth, NJ 07202. THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELIZABETH reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Firms choosing to submit their bids via the "United States" mail are required to have said mail delivered prior to the appointed bid opening time. Proper consideration must be given to allow for weekends and holidays. The Housing Authority of the City of Elizabeth shall not be held liable for any delay caused by the U.S. Postal Service.
