Window Cleaning A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation. The Department of National Defence, Garrison Petawawa, Real Property Operations Unit Detachment (RPOU DET) requires a three (3) year Standing Offer to supply all supervision, labour, materials, tools, transportation and equipment necessary to perform Window Cleaning Services on "an as and when requested" basis to Real Property Operations (RP Ops) at Garrison Petawawa. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration.
