Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Clyde, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
The Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation is requesting sealed bids for the Controlled Demolition with Asbestos in Place of 19 Columbia Street, Clyde, NY 14433 (Tax ID: 74112-14-338351). The building located at 19 Columbia Street, Clyde, NY 14433 has been determined to be structurally unsound and shall require demolition in accordance with the requirements of 12 NYCRR Part 56-11.5 (Controlled demolition with asbestos in place). The Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation, Wayne County, and the Village of Clyde disclaim any responsibility that representations made regarding conditions or quantities of materials will remain as they were when reviewed by the bidders during the bidding period, prior to award of the contract, or during the course of the work. The Contractor shall have 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to complete all Contract Work. Should the Owner choose to Award Bid Alternate 1 Work, an additional 15 calendar days shall be permitted. Should the Owner choose to Award Bid Alternate 2 Work, an additional 7 calendar days shall be permitted. Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued PRIOR to March 1, 2024. Any request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and submitted to Jason Colvin via email at colvinj@liro.com
