Raypak Boiler Model H7-0503A Replacement - Report to customer upon arrival to check in and gain access to the boiler. Lockout/Tagout power to existing boiler, isolate the natural gas supply valve to leading boiler as well as the water heating valves. *Port of LA disconnected and removed existing boiler and piping.* Stage crane in an approved area and rig new boiler. Provide and install one (1) Raypak boiler, model H7-0503A; rig and bolt into place. Reconnect gas lines, electrical conduit and wiring to new boiler. Open isolation valves and perform factory startup to check for proper operation. Cleanup work area and check out with customer. Advise customer upon completion and provide any further recommendations if necessary. The Harbor Department reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, award Bid as a whole, split award or delete line items, as it may deem necessary, unless otherwise stated herein. By terms of the contract, the contracting company agrees to maintain all required insurance in full force for the duration of the contractor's business with the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department. Each contractually required insurance policy shall provide that it will not be canceled or reduced in coverage until after the Board of Harbor Commissioners, Attention: Risk Manager and the City Attorney of the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department have been given thirty (30) days' prior notice (or 10 days notice of non payment of premium) by registered mail addressed to 425 S.
