As of February 14, 2024, bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. The contractor will complete the roof replacement per the specifications outlined in this section. In addition, all work will be completed per manufacturer specifications. All work will be compliant with all local, state and federal building code requirements/regulations. The contractor shall obtain all necessary permits to legally complete the specified work requested by the Borough of Scottdale. The contractor shall be responsible for disposal of all debris and building materials. The contractor will provide equipment, supplies, and staffing to complete the following requested work tasks. All work shall be provided with a twenty (20) year warranty. Borough of Scottdale Fire Station Roof Replacement Project. In Order to Receive Consideration, a Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond From a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in Pennsylvania, Made Payable to the Order of the Borough of Scottdale in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Amount as a Guarantee That, if the Proposal is Accepted, the Successful Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract With the Borough of Scottdale.
