Armstrong Court Exterior Repairs and Stair Replacement Project The project consists of exterior building repairs and a stair replacement at the Housing Authority owned Armstrong Court located in Kittanning, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. Bids must be on a combined lump-sum basis; separate Bids for individual trades will not be accepted. Project is to be substantially completed within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. This contract is federally assisted. The Contractor must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act.
