Start of construction: May 13th 2024 Back up start date November 4th 2024_based on delivery of product only Substantial completion: June 24th 2024 Final completion: July 1st 2024 Scope of work includes: o Removal and disposal of the existing synthetic turf surface and replacement with SHAW B1K Double Play Synthetic Turf System or equal approved including: o Six4Three- the infield clay product. o GameOn- the infield grass and outfield grass product Full Count'- the pitcher's mound product o 'TruTrack'- the warning track product for outfield boundary. Additional scope includes: o Removal of the existing clay mound and bullpens and replacement with concrete pitcher's mound and concrete bullpen mounds. o Existing stone drainage base shall remain, and the new synthetic turf system shall be furnished and installed in accordance with the synthetic turf specification. o The new field shall include new bases, home plate, and pitching rubber
