Proposed monitoring well site OCWD-BS29 (BS29) is located on city of Huntington Beach right-of-way and within a residential neighborhood on the north side of Gilroy Drive between Camelot Circle and Pleasant Circle (Figures). This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the project, required scope of services, project milestones, consultant selection process, and minimum information that must be included in the proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with these requirements and procedures may result in disqualification.
