**As of March 12, 2024, project was awarded to Q3 Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $376,695.86.** Existing subsurface utility location services, using nondestructive hydro-excavation (potholing) means and methods and restoration of potholes. Potholing is to be performed to locate and identify existing utilities along proposed new raw water and distribution pipeline alignments, to be constructed by the City of Woodbury as part of the City of Woodbury's Water Treatment Plant Pipeline Project. The Existing Utility Location Potholing Services project includes drilling and locating approximately 283 buried utilities. The work includes traffic control and surface restoration at each pothole along approximately 17 miles of proposed pipelines. A proposal bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Woodbury shall accompany each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond, a Construction Payment Bond and a Warranty Bond, each for 100 percent of the Bid amount, as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addendum mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for Opening of Bids may not be answered.
