Site work and paving for a civil project in Homerville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work Includes: 2022 & 2023 Local Maintenance & Improvement Grant (LMIG) Street and Drainage Improvements to Brooks Road, Jeff Trail, Cindy Road, Deerfield Drive, Timberland Drive, and Whisper Woods Road A Bid Bond in favor of the Clinch County Board of Commissioners in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the Clinch County Board of Commissioners. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All work on the project must be completed within 210 consecutive calendar days of date work begins. The Contractor shall be a current Prequalified Contractor with the Georgia Department of Transportation, Office of Contract Administration or shall be approved in writing prior to bid being opened by the Clinch County Board of Commissioners. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner
