No bid will be received unless it is made on the proposal form furnished by the City. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond made payable to the City of Solana Beach for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Time is of the essence in the performance of work under this contract.
