Bridge T-34 Bridge Replacement - Leavenworth County, KS. Question Deadline 02/20/2024 All questions shall be submitted in writing to mkeal@benesch.com no later than mentioned date. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by written request of the bidder, received in the Leavenworth County Purchasing Office, prior to the time and date for bid opening; provided, however, that no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date set for the opening thereof. Each bidder shall file with its bid a bid bond, a cashier' check or a certified check drawn on any acceptable bank. made payable to Leavenworth County, Kansas, in the amount if not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. A PERFORMANCE BOND and a PAYMENT BOND, each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
