Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
2024 Pavement Management Program, Mill & Overlay and Parking Lot - Work includes, but not limited to a 2-inch mill and milled headers, with a 2-inch concrete overlay on several city streets and a city parking lot. Full depth patching shall be preformed in locations approved by the Engineer. Curb and Sidewalk replacement, concrete manhole lid blockouts, pavement markings and other improvements shall be installed on designated streets as shown on the plans. Kansas reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
