Project Locations 6601 Guthrie Street North Highlands, California 95660 155 Morey Avenue Sacramento, California 95838 2781 Northgate Boulevard Sacramento, California 95833 Bid RFI's Due to District 2/9/24 @ 10:30AM Notice Of Intent To Award 2/28/24 Board Award of Contract 3/12/24 Notice of Award 3/15/24 Notice to Proceed 3/20/24 Start Date: Construction 3/21/24 Substantial Completion Date 8/9/24 Contract Completion (Closeout) 9/20/24 The successful bidder shall commence work with the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and per the project schedule referenced below. The District has established a liquidated damage rate of $1,000.00 per calendar day for each and every calendar day that the work remains fully uncompleted or unaccepted by the District. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and further reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids or in the bidding. Each Bid must be accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: (1) cash; (2) a cashier's check made payable to the District; (3) a certified check made payable to the District; or (4) a bidder's bond executed by a California admitted surety as defined in Code of Civil Procedure section 995.120, made payable to the District in the form set forth in the Bid Documents. Such bidder's security must be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of bid for each site, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the proposed Contract, if the same is awarded to such bidder, and will provide the required performance and payment Bonds, Within 10 days after notification of the Award of Contract, the successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish, simultaneously with execution of the Contract, a Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond in the form required by the District, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price from an admitted surety company as defined *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
