The work shall be completed by a qualified contractor(s) who shall submit turn-key proposals for the projects as specified. All Bidders whose bids are in excess of $5,000.00 must provide with their bid the Federal Work Authorization Program ("FWAP") Affidavit of Compliance and Verification Form with respect to employees working in connection with the contracted services, affirming enrollment in a FWAP. Owner Rights: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities or technicalities in any bid, and accept any bid in whole or part which it deems to be in its best interest. Bond Notes: Bidders must provide, with the bid, a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and to comply with the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law.
