The City of Lincoln is looking to obtain a firm price for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of two item hold locker systems to expand the services of the Lincoln Public Library. The hold lockers will provide two alternative service location for patrons to pick up library materials on hold using an active physical or digital library card. One of these locations will be immediately outside the Lincoln Public Library's Twelve Bridges location (485 Twelve Bridges Drive, Lincoln, CA), while the other will be located in the downtown area of the City. Precise locations have not been selected, but the installations will be fully external. The downtown location will require the option to return materials. Proposed Contract Start Date March 26, 2024 It is anticipated that a vendor will be selected by March 12, 2024. It is expected a contract will be executed between both parties no later than March 26, 2024. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in this request for qualifications unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted and confirmed in the contract between the City and the firm selected. The City reserves the right with prejudice to reject any or all proposals as it deems necessary. The nature of the service will be ongoing access to and the hosting, maintenance, and support of the Lincoln Public Library's instance of the proposed ILS solution for the duration of the contact.
