Reference Number 0000341097 The Apex Park and Recreation District is issuing this Solicitation for the purpose of: Painting the interior of the Apex Center West Ice Areana. Including the following: Paint the interior walls, duct work, door and small railings around the ice rink of the Apex Parks and Recreation Center... Prepare all interior work surfaces for paint with an initial wipe down or power wash to remove any dirt or grime that may prevent adhesion. Scrape any loose or peeling paint that may prevent adhesion. Fill in any small holes (roughly the size of a dime), divots, or remove unused anchors/screws that may be visible or prevent adequate paint. coverage. Mask off non-work surfaces that are adjacent to a paint system to prevent paint contamination. Lay down drop cloths and plastic sheeting to protect floors, windows, and equipment from potential paint overspray/drippage. Colors will be chosen by staff before painting begins.
